Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

Our postage rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the parcel. You can view the estimated postage cost in your shopping cart before finalising your purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the postage method chosen. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, while rural areas may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to several countries worldwide. You can check availability during checkout. For international orders over 15kg, customers need to arrange freight. We will advise the weight and dimensions once ready for dispatch. Demurrage fees may apply for holding orders in our warehouse if arranging your own freight.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use New Zealand Post and Fastway for shipping within New Zealand. For palletised orders, we use Toll and Mainfreight.

How do I place an order?

Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

If you need to change your order after placing it, please contact us immediately. Restocking fees may apply for special-order parts or stock transfers.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. A 20% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.
